At Matteo Trek, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return process, provided the conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Confirmation: Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return shipment.

  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

  • As we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are not issued in cash or online transfer.

  • In eligible cases, we may offer store credit or product replacement, depending on the nature of the return and customer preference.

Exchanges

  • We can arrange exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will offer alternatives or issue store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, accessories, and personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
